By accessing munistee.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If we have reason to believe an order was placed by someone who does not meet this requirement, we may cancel it.

No account is required to shop with us — checkout runs through PayPal Guest Checkout or your PayPal account. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

All prices are listed in USD ($). The price displayed is the final product price; any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through PayPal, as described in our Payment Policy.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days, for a total estimated time of 4–7 business days. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We aim to describe products accurately, but colors, sizing, and print placement may vary slightly since items are produced through print-on-demand. Because products are made to order, availability can change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase.

All content on munistee.com — text, graphics, logos, and the Munistee name — is the property of Munistee LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munistee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory a claim is based on, including contract, tort, or otherwise. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Munistee LLC harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our site.

Our site may link to third-party services, such as PayPal or carrier tracking pages. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.

We may suspend or terminate your access to munistee.com if we believe you've violated these Terms, without prior notice, at our discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montana.

Many issues are handled faster through a direct conversation with our support team than through formal proceedings. We aim to respond to and resolve most disputes without the need for formal legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continuing to use munistee.com after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
