Exchanges
Direct exchanges are accepted for a different size, color, or style within the same 30-day window.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Items that don't meet this condition, or that arrive more than 30 days after delivery, aren't eligible for return or exchange.
What doesn't qualify
Items that show signs of damage from customer use, are missing their original tags, or are submitted after the 30-day return window has closed aren't eligible for a return or exchange. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before shipping anything back and we'll confirm.
